Heavy Metal Ninja 2010:
Stealthkill
Superior
Abuse
Shame
The Basics
Contrast
Rock Solid
Smile
Human Nature
Vanquish
The Last Time
Out of Reach
Info:
Recorded at home on pro tools. Individual drum strikes were purchased from dooleydrums.com and then arranged by hand in pro tools to create custom drum beats. I had intended to record a live guitar with an amp, but when I played around with the digital amp that came with pro tools, it was actually awesome, so I recorded Stealthkill with it, and was so happy I never turned back. I consider this to be my finest achievement to date, and hope to re-record all my favourite older songs at this quality. Obviously notable because this album doesn't feature me playing actual drums. As a result, I was able to program more intricate and accurate drumming, which I think sounds great even if it's not real.
Here's another new track that hasn't featured on any albums yet :

Chapter One 2002:
Hello
Fallen
Dust
Roots
Live Once
Cloud
Godfist
Fuse
Locked
Truth
The Tower
Info:
Recorded at Purple Studios in Trowse, this was my first serious attempt to put my songs together. I worked with Richard Hammerton and two other dudes whose names I can't remember, but they were cool, and they handled production since I hadn't used pro tools myself at the time. I had been playing guitar for 2 years, so I'm pretty proud of this one, as it still sounds alright. Live drums as well, and the recording quality is quite good, even if my playing isn't perfect. Personal favourites include The Tower, Truth, Locked, Godfist, Live Once and Fallen. However, everyone else seems to like Hello. I think I had mainly been listening to Black Sabbath and Biohazard at the time.
Speechless 2007
Anvil
Now I'm Mad
Regardless
Pathetic
Awesome
Headache
In My Way
Nerve
Die Trying
Priority

Info:
Recorded at Dan's Music in Yarmouth. I volunteered my help to Dan, and acted as producer / engineer for a few other bands, and in return I got to use the studio for free, a good deal! I really tried hard to get a good sound out of this, but ultimately didn't quite pull it off. I am very proud of most of the tracks, but the recording quality just isn't there, particularly on the drums. Quite irritating because I had become quite good with the double kick pedal, but you can barely hear it in the drumming because of the mix. Wish I still had the original files so I could do a better job now, but I will just go through and re-record the best again. Personal favourites are In My Way and Nerve.
Chapter Three 2004:
Safe
Burnt
Futile
March
Meat
Safe
Trust
Info:
Recorded at Dan's Music in Yarmouth. You will notice that Chapter Two is not here - because I am so unhappy with the recording quality that even to this day I don't want to share those songs - even though I really like a few of them, and will re-record them eventually, it's just that they sound so poor, particularly the drum sounds. So I went on to Chapter Three, and tried my hardest to improve the quality of the mix. It's actually half decent - for a demo I guess. Burnt remains a favourite for me, and Trust seems to be a favourite amongst others. Futile is a synthesized track I made in Cakewalk.

Chapter Four 2005:
Obligatory
Monolith
Deal
Deserving
Uncrunchable
Blatant
Ruined
Hope

Info:
Recorded at Dan's Music in Yarmouth. You will notice the kick drum is loud as hell in these tracks, and I don't mind it, but it's a bit crazy sounding, not very well balanced, sorry. But still, the quality of the tracks wins over and Monolith is a lot of people's favourite track of all (maybe because it was used in the first Ninja vs Jason short film), and Blatant is very catchy. My favourite might be Hope, and Deserving remains one of my heaviest tracks, I think. Really have to get most of these recorded again. Also a couple of other tracks I wasn't proud of so I must have deleted them at some point.
Chapter Five 2006:
Demand
Magnificent
Something You're Not
Compromise
Down to Earth
Info:
Recorded at Dan's Music in Yarmouth. I remember when I went to record this one, I was determined to make it as heavy as possible, I had listened to a lot of slipknot at the time - not that it's as heavy as slipknot, but it was a big influence. Despite the very low production value, some of these tracks remain in my favourites, particularly Magnificent, Something You're not and Down to Earth. There is a lost track called "Onus" which I can't find the MP3 for. But one day I'll get round to making new versions of all of these. Notable album because it's the first time I used double kick pedal.
Trials 2002:
Back
Brave Face
No Glory
Scarecrow
Alone
Control
Meat
Into the Ground
Ill
One Day
Hope
Info:
Recorded at the University of Lincolnshire & Humberside. I used the sound studio to teach myself how to use pro tools (as it wasn't part of my course). I recorded these tracks in that process, so they are not professional quality by any means. Some tracks have been recorded again already in later albums, others are still waiting to be done properly. But, some people might be interested in hearing them in this form. I didn't have live drums, so this was my first attempt at using individual drum samples. I didn't really know what I was doing, so it sounds very digital, unlike my later album "Heavy Metal Ninja", but I needed to have done Trials first, to learn from mistakes. My favourites include Alone, Ill, Brave Face and Into the Ground.
